Sunbright
Spirit Guide, aka "Milo" is our special boy - with a "character"
personality, tee-shirt white tummy, clear coat with perfect pattern, good
bone, excellent rear, straight legs, good tail, puffy whisker pads and
small ears. |
| Out
of our breathtaking Sunbright Shizzlin' Hot Tiger, and sired by Wild Warrior,
he is replacing his sire in our Program. He is a 5th generation Sunbright
- bred cat! |

| Having
been asked many times for an updated picture of Milo's teeshirt whited
tummy "at this stage", I held him with one hand and snapped with the other....
(not easy as his neck is pure muscle and he was not happy with this"idea"
of mine).... and took this picture July 7th,
2006. His whited undersides including inside of legs persist in all
their glory at the age of four. His dam Shizzlin' Hot Tiger had the
same. Just in case anyone subscribes to a recent theory that "real"
whited tummies in Bengals only come from cats containing two oft-mentioned
cats in their pedigree - please click on his. NEITHER ONE IS IN HIS.
Milo passes on fully expressed /as well as hour-glass whited tummies consistently....
even when bred to non-whited females. Calling any form of whited
Bengal undersides "ALC whited" as opposed to "whited" is not accurate -
although it mimics the ALC whited pattern we do know that whited tummies
occur in domestic cat crosses as well as other hybrids, Chausies and Savannahs,
so linking the appearance of tee-shirt whited tummies in the SBT Bengal
Breed specifically to the ALC ancestor may not be scientifically or practically
provable. |

Milo's
mother was fully expressed tee-shirt whited, as is he. He throws
it as she did, and that is the basis of my tee-shirt whited program here.
When breeding Milo to a daughter of his maternal grandmother Goldie, I
have retained it in the ones held back. Also when breeding him to
his half-sister Heartbreaker. |
